Dr. Kunjumon Chacko: MBA, D. D
Founding Chairman
Late Dr. Kunjumon Chacko is the founding Chairman of Prison Fellowship India and India Vision. He also served as Chairman of the India Baptist Convention. With a ministry spanning more than five decades since 1973, Dr. Chacko has made a lasting impact in the areas of prison reform, rehabilitation, and Christian leadership.
Dr. Chacko is married to Mrs. Jainamma Chacko, daughter of Late K. G. Kurian, a renowned Bible expositor, preacher, and evangelist. They have two children, Biju Chacko and Binny Chacko, and are blessed with four grandchildren.
Though he is no longer in leadership, Dr. Chacko continues to contribute through the legacy he left behind, offering the wisdom of a lifetime of faithful service.

Dr Biju has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Kerala in Trivandrum, India, and earned an MDiv degree from the Philippines Baptist Theological Seminary in Baguio City, Philippines, a ThM from the South Asia Institute of Advanced Christian Studies in Bangalore, India, and a Doctor of Ministry from Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina.

Dr. Saji Kumar K. P. serves as the Principal of India Baptist Theological Seminary Holding postgraduate qualifications in English Literature, Theology, and a PhD in Counseling, he combines academic scholarship with practical ministry. In addition to leading the seminary, he actively mentors students, supervises postgraduate and doctoral research, speaks at conferences, and conducts family and counseling seminars in India and abroad.
Dr. Kamminlun Chongloi
Dr. Chongloi did B. Th, M Div, M.Th in History of Christianity and PhD in History of Christianity from United Graduate School of Theology, Hoseo University, South Korea.
He worked in Student Christian Movement of India as Regional Program Secretary and later as lecturer in Chil Chil Theological Seminary. His wife is Mrs. Rebecca Chongloi who works as a school teacher and they are blessed with a son Chonginthang Chongloi
Dr. Chongloi is the head of the department of History of Christianity in IBTS.
Dr. Sebin S Kottaram , Ph.D.
Dr. Sebin S Kottaram , Ph.D. is Professor at IBTS.
Dr Sebin S Kottaram is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker, consultant psychologist, author, and Media Person. He has authored more than 800 articles and 25 books on positive psychology in English and Malayalam languages. . He has been awarded a PhD in Psychology from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, and passed MSc, MPhil, and MA (Journalism and Mass Communication) from the same University. He also completed MA (English language and literature) from SB College, Changanacherry.
Dr. Sebin is teaching counseling at IBTS.
Dr. LUNCHUNGHAO JAMES KOM
Dr Lunchunghao James Kom, (BSW, BTh, BD, MTh, DTh), Ph.D ( History of Christianity)
Dr. Kom holds a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from TC College under Manipur University, as well as a Bachelor of Theology (BTh), a Bachelor of Divinity (BD), and a Master of Theology (MTh) from the Senate of Serampore College (University). He completed his Doctoral Studies (DTh) at Aizawl Theological College
Dr. Kom served as the State Field Officer for Manipur with The Gideons International in India, spent three years in active pastoral ministry as a church pastor, and has extensive teaching experience in both secular and theological institutions. Dr. Kom is happily married to Shongamla Rungsung, and they are blessed with two daughters, Jangthemnei Erika Kom and Leiyaphi Revivalyn Kom..

Mrs. Beulah is a lecturer and the dean of students in IBTS
Beulah K Thankachan did Bachelor of Computer Application and Master of Computer Application from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam,
Master of Divinity and Master of Theology in Pastoral Counseling from India Baptist Theological Seminary. She teaches Pastoral Counseling
Ministry Experience: Mrs. Beulah serves in Heavenly harvest church along with her husband
Joynam Longvah. B.D, M.Th, (Ph.D)
Miss. Joynam Longvah is a lecturer and Mentor for girls at IBTS
Miss. Joynam did B D from Leonard Theological College, Jabalpur, MP, India and M Th in Old Testament from FFRRC Kottayam under the Senate of Serampore University. She is currently at the final stage of her PhD Dissertation at FFRRC itself.
She has been involved in teaching ministry as a seminary teacher in OCTC Gopalpur before joining IBTS.
She is teaching subjects in Old Testament department in IBTS

Abhilash.A, is a lecturer and Chaplain at IBTS.
After the secular Degree, Abhilash completed M Div from Bethel Bible College, Punalur and M.Th is Pastoral Counseling from IBTS itself.
Abhilash is also a pastor and carries three years of pastoral ministry experience
He is teaching at M Div level primarly in the Christian Ministry branch
